The martial art of Jeet Kune Do is the art founded by Bruce Lee, the late martial art master and international actor. Jeet Kune Do uses the mechanics of the human body to their fullest extent taking in mind that each body is unique and different. Jeet Kune Do builds accuracy, agility, speed, rhythm, sensitivity, smoothness, flexibility and dynamic power.

Jeet Kune Do is often referred to as scientific street fighting. This is because the emphasis is on real world self-defense. There are no competitions, no forms / kata’s, nor uniforms. We train in shoes and loose clothing. Jeet Kune Do is designed for defending against an aggressor with economy of motion / form, deception, speed and explosive power through correct body mechanics.
